(SOPI) Simulated Oral Proficiency Interview
Simulated Oral Proficiency Interview (SOPI) – a language proficiency test that accurately measures oral communicative ability through an online platform. The SOPI is available in English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin and can be developed in other languages based on demand.

WPE-CS (Writing Proficiency Exam for Customer Service)

The Berlitz writing skills test is a 60-minute assessment of an employee’s ability to craft emails, memos, and reports. BTSS (Berlitz Test of Speaking Skills)

This 20-minute test measures how fluently your employees speak in everyday life and in the workplace. We offer language-speaking testing in over 40 languages with a Berlitz certified rater, who conducts a guided conversation to assess the examinee’s ability to speak and understand the target language. Results are based on fluency, grammatical accuracy, linguistic range, and phonological control.
It provides results based on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), the international standard for defining an individual’s language ability. The test can be done over the phone with access to results within 24 to 48 hours.
